It has been a pleasure these past two years living at Crest at Brier Creek. The only reason why I left is because I bought me a home. A shout out to Brittany, Lee and Kevin. You guys do an awesome job in managing this property. You always greet residents with a smile and do everything in your power to make sure everyone’s stay there is a memorable one. I will also like to give a shout out to the maintenance team as well. There was never a work order that ever went unnoticed. You guys did the job right the first time. I will truly miss the staff there. If anyone is looking for a place to live, please check out Crest at Brier Creek. You won’t regret it

Move in was smooth as can be! Kevin made everything easy, was able to answer questions with ease, and brought a joyous attitude that was refreshing to experience.

I recently moved in and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Everyone was helpful, efficient, thoughtful, considerate, and welcoming. From the day I did my tour with Brittany who was amazing and had great customer service. From the time I moved in. When Brittany was not available Kevin was there to also help me through the process and he was prompt and efficient. I am looking forward to being in this welcoming and amazing property for a while. Thank you again to all the hands that played a part in this experience.

I have lived here for the past 6 years as tenant and on several occasions had to deal with the office staff. So far, Kevin Morrow and his team comprising Fred and Gabriel have been excellent in attending to their tenants with passion, excellence and diligence and smile. On several occasions the team has shown exceptional attention to requests of their tenants and responded promptly with smiles and execution. Once again, it's a great team and we are happy to have Kevin Morrow and his able lieutenants to provide the comfort to make our stay cozy at Crest at Brier Creek.

Recently moved to the property and feel completely at home. From the amazing customer service provided from the leasing team, (Kevin and Brittney), to the promptness of concerns answered from the on grounds maintenance team, I truly am at home!

I had a great experience with my move. Brittany made everything an easy and smooth transition. She’s very personable and want to make sure you are satisfied. Maintenance addressed any issues moving in right away. I love the location and the staff is great.

My experience here was nothing short of amazing! Brittany is so helpful, she keeps the complex alive.
